Are you looking to learn the basics of Rueda de Casino? Then this course is for you!

What is Rueda de Casino? Rueda is a type of circle dance that came from Salsa de Casino in Cuba, meaning “Casino Wheel”. Each dancer is paired with a leader or follower and positioned to make a circle. Rueda is not a choreography, it all spontaneous routines called by one person who is named the caller, they call the steps that the dancers have to make, swapping partners many times as they move around and keep the shape of the circle.

Suitable for: Students who have a basic knowledge of salsa steps

What we’ll cover: the basic foundational moves, structure and timing. We’ll take the time to break down the steps in a fun and supportive environment. Leaving you with a solid foundation to join our Tuesday night classes.

Cost: $75 for the 5 Week Duration

Course Duration:
Monday the 11th of October – Monday the 8th of November from 8.30 – 9.30pm every week for 5 weeks.
