Weekend Workshops with Xaeda!!

Join us as Salon La La Superstar, Xaeda is back in Townsville. She will be giving two incredible workshops. Qaeda choreographed the incredible group veil number in Salon La La and created the crowns that everyone was in awe over. In these workshops she’ll be sharing her veil dancing and crown making secrets!!

Emotive Veil – 12 – 1.30pm

This emotive veil workshop is a lovely interlude, a stunning representation of grace and a beautiful entry piece. It combines musical interpretation with modern veil techniques that challenge the artist in a good way. Its soft flowing rises and falls create a stunning display of silk that will capture your audiences eye and envelope their heart.

“You Should See Me In My CROWN”! 2 – 4.30pm
This workshop is a rare treat!!
Xaeda is the Queen of Crowns.
Her designs have graced the stage and many of the finest dance artists have laid claim to one or more of her works of art.

This amazing workshop will demystify her techniques and she will be revealing some of her crown making secrets.

The best part is that you will be creating your very own crown.!

Based on the cable tie technique, your crown will shimmer in silver or gold with metallic findings and shimmering crystals.
Once you have completed your alluring creation Xaeda will be available for performance tips and tricks, crown care and how to develop your artistic endeavours.

Cost is $100, 2.5hrs , you will receive all items needed to create your crown, technique and tuition. Further development opportunities are available as well.
