JUNGLE SHIMMY!
WEEKEND WORKSHOPS!!

Jungle Shimmy is our highlight event for the year for our Belly Dance Community. It is a super fun, informal, dance love fest! We all gather from around North Queensland to learn, connect and have a heap of fun. We run workshops over the Saturday and Sunday, with our big crazy Jungle Shimmy party
on the Saturday night.

This year our instructors are the one and only Xaeda Raqasa (Brisbane) and Jordan Galliott! Xaeda will be offering an amazing Fan Veil workshop, one of her most sought after styles. Plus she will deliver an electrifying Baladi workshop. Jordan will be teaching her signature Drum technique and will give her participants absolutely knock out combos
and skills to take home.

These workshops take place on the 2 and 3 of July. The workshops to be held at our studio Bfitt. The party will be held at the Heritage Exchange.

Running Order as follows.

SATURDAY 2ND OF JULY

11 – 12.30pm Xaeda Workshop – FAN VEIL

6pm – 10pm (and longer depending on where the night takes you) – JUNGLE SHIMMY

SUNDAY 3RD OF JULY

12PM – 1.30PM Jordan Workshop – One Drum Three Ways
Location: BFitt

1.30 – 2pm Lunch Break

2pm – 3.30pm Xaeda Workshop – Baladi Awadi
